It is accessed via the Dealer Reports, which many users are not even aware exists (a Reporting tab that is available to sort and review different analytics across multiple stores and periods of time). If you access your Dealer Reports and scroll down, you will see this vital Report:

This is your key to the gold. Your road map to future growth. One of the BEST byproducts of using the TUO platform is the fact that you have easy, one-click access to your all of your Customers with whom you did business. Those who've already opened their wallets and given you some of their hard-earned money. Those who've stated with their money that they want to buy from you. So here's a BGO (Blinding Glimpse of the Obvious)....simply give them more opportunities to do just that!
If you do not currently have active programs in place to stay in touch with, and offer new opportunities to buy to, your growing Customer base, well...you're missing out. BIG TIME! Your Customers need to hear from you--frequently--and not just offers to buy discounted products. Instead, to keep them apprised of new services / products you offer; why you are different; any new news that will make them want to continue to do business with you.
TUO has one client that includes a simple question they ask of every shopper who makes a purchase in any of their online stores (this can be done in Store Settings, under Shopper Data collection). The question? What is your favorite brand? Then, once a month they selectively pull the data and send out emails to those customers who've chosen their preferred brand, providing new product information and even embedding brand-specific online stores within email campaigns they send. All targeting news and offers on their favorite brand. Simple, yet smart. And VERY effective!
